This workshop aims to provide fiction writers with the content editing skills necessary to give their manuscript more polish and sophistication. The basics of copyediting manuscripts will be reviewed in this workshop, and the main focus will be an introduction to the core skills of developmental editing, also known as structural or content editing. Participants will practice these editing skills in collaborative and individual exercises during the workshop.
