Kamil Haque is the founder of Haque Centre of Acting & Creativity (HCAC). Established in 2013, HCAC is the home of Method Acting in Asia. HCAC serves as the first professional acting and creativity school, in English, in Singapore for actors and non-actors. Kamil is the only Asian to have taught at the Lee Strasberg Institute in Los Angeles. He is also a working observer at The Actors Studio. Kamil is the winner of the inaugural Story Slam Singapore Grand Finals. His most recent theatre credits include Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo (Stage Club), Asleep & Him (Dream Bravely & Method Productions). As a director, Kamil last helmed Leaves (Passerby Projects) and The Savage/Love of Danny & the Deep Blue Sea (Stage Club).
